Position Summary:

Deliverables:
As a Personal Banker you will need to utilise your time effectively, produce your own business and put in place robust plans to achieve your set goals.
In order to achieve the stretching sales and income targets for the role, you will need to be successful in the following key areas:
Attracting new customers to the bank through proactive Business Development activities and effective networking across your territory. You will be responsible for representing and proactively promoting the bank and their products into the local NRI community.
Engaging, guiding and coaching colleagues in your branch location to identify new opportunities and support you to turn these into new business providing technical support where necessary.

Programmes Developer
The Client:
Our client is one of the leading IT companies working mainly in the domain of Financial Services Sector, leading high street banks being their main clients.
Main Function:
This role will function as a Senior Developer and will help architect the development of the Order Management component of the new trading platform being designed for the Program Trading desk. Responsibilities, in addition to development, may also include analyzing and managing the technical analysis of requirements, proposing solutions onto development of final solutions. The role will involve extensive liaising with the program trading business and development teams in all regions to ensure coordinated technical management, development and implementation.
Main Duties:
Participate in the design and the development of the server for the new Program Trading Execution platform being developed.
Interview Traders and Operations staff to understand and document technical requirements.
Liaise with business analysists and users to clarify specifications as necessary.
Manage deliverables within agreed timeframes and report progress regularly to management.
Develop unit and system test plans.
Feed into project plans for overall project and application delivery.
Contribute to process re-engineering and improvement.
Person Requirements
Qualifications /education:
University degree in a business-related or Math/IT field such as Finance, Engineering, Technology,
or Mathematics.
Experience required:
Would prefer at least six years of experience as a senior developer in the
financial services industry. Securities experience required.
Experience in working with front office a strong preference.
Experience on the sell-side of the financial services industry
preferred.
Skills and knowledge:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience
with writing specifications
Ability to synthesize complex trading needs into clear technical
specifications
Extensive experience with applications development.
Capacity to build and maintain good relationships with users and

They are looking to recruit a senior purchase manager to support and facilitate the European purchasing activities of the company.
Job Description
To prepare Requests for Quotation, Purchase Orders commitments and transmittals by email and by telephone
To negotiate prices, time of delivery and other commercial terms & conditions by email and by telephone
To solve the communication and order-related problems between European suppliers and the head office
To report activities to the Head office daily by email
To expedite and improve the delivery of goods and submission of documents
To develop good working relations with European suppliers
To advise suppliers of shipping instructions and if required, to coordinate with freight forwarders by telephone
General
To maintain and improve relationships with current suppliers and develop new suppliers throughout Europe
To provide the head office with useful information about European suppliers, legislation and recent changes in regulations, market information, etc.

Relationship Manager Private Banking
The Client:
Our client is one of the leading Banks/Institutions having a global presence in Private Banking business. They are looking for Relationship Managers in their Private Banking Department as part of their expansion plan in the UK.
Position Summary:
Cultivate new and ongoing relationships with high income/net worth individuals. Maximize the Bank’s total engagement with each customer by providing or arranging for a wide array of banking services. Must have broad experience in all aspects of Investments like Structure Notes/ Products, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Collective Investment Schemes, Bonds, Real Estate-Mortgages/REIT funds, Derivatives and Lending on portfolios. Support standards for managing net portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures, credit quality and credit policy requirements.
Deliverables:
Must acquire, build and retain profitable customer relationships with high income/net worth individuals. Must have a HNI individuals existing book to sell private banking products.
Ensure the Bank maximizes its relationship with the customer by making appropriate referrals to other Bank units such as Wealth Management/Corporate Investments.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the relevant market and target customers. Has a track record of using this knowledge creatively and effectively to acquire new relationships.
Ensure an effective sales process by personally building the business, deepening relationships and increasing target relationships.
Comply with established bank policies and procedures. Exercise prudent business judgment in decisions that will affect the customer.
